Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger and Gasket Plate Heat Exchanger
BPHE & GPHE
Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger (BPHE) is made by pressing a series of thin corrugated stainless steels and braze-processed by copper or nickel. BPHE can work under high working pressure and temperature. The spaces between the plates become channels for fluid flows. Heat exchange occurs efficiently through the plate pattern designed with a high surface area. Meanwhile, the Gasket Plate Heat Exchanger (GPHE) is more compact in terms of size. Swing vertical plate allows it to pack heat transfer area thousands of feet2 into a small space.
- [BPHE] Maximum working pressure of 45 bar
- [BPHE] Maximum working temperature of 200 °C
- [GPHE] The flow pattern between plates can be varied, single or multi pass. The single pattern means that each fluid flows in the same direction across all plates in the unit. Multi pattern means that the fluid can change its respective flow direction.
- [GPHE] Maximum working pressure of 25 bar
- [GPHE] Working temperature from -40 ° C to 170 ° C
